Job Summary
Mystic Valley Regional Charter School is seeking mission-driven, collaborative educators who are committed to continuously improving instruction and student outcomes. Teachers at MVRCS are active participants in grade-level teams and contribute to a culture of academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement rigorous, standards-aligned curricula and engaging classroom activities

  • Design and administer assessments that measure student progress toward mastery

  • Use assessment data to refine instruction and adjust teaching strategies

  • Participate in collaborative curriculum development, grade-level initiatives, and school-wide events

  • Promote and enforce high academic and behavioral expectations with consistency

  • Take ownership of student achievement and support all learners in meeting high standards

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with students, families, and colleagues

  • Participate in a three-week staff orientation and professional training each summer
