School Reporting Coordinator
Description: In cooperation with other senior administrators, the Reporting Coordinator is responsible for providing critical data analysis and preparing/maintaining a variety of important school reports, records, and student information files. The school is seeking a high-level professional who has the background and potential to grow into a critical thought leader within the school, working closely with the Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations in gathering and analyzing data.
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for data submission of MA ESE SIMS, EPIMS (with HR) and SCS and SSDR reports (October 1, March 1, and end of Year).
· Facilitate Charter School February 15th Claim form.
· Facilitate Sibling Verification Reporting (June)
· Responsible for administering student and staff data with the school’s Student Information System (currently PowerSchool software).
· Responsible for registration and completion of paperwork for all new students entering the school. Includes the input of all student and family data.
· Handle all withdrawal processes and transfer paperwork and transcript records requests.
· Conduct the annual Reregistration of all students.
· Process all paperwork for requests for free and reduced lunch.
· Assist in preparing and processing meals reimbursement requests to MA ESE Nutrition Department.
· Maintain student file system of current and former students.
· Maintain separate legal files and communicate with appropriate school staff regarding student custody issues.
· Facilitate collection/reporting of graduate plans for Seniors.
· Coordinate and oversee the annual input of all scheduling information into student information system and end of year roll over.
· Work with School Leadership and Administration in developing and maintain various school reports from student information system and other sources as well as maximizing use of student information system (for example, Online Forms and any future enhancements to student information system).
· Assist School Leadership in other school related projects assigned by Leadership Team.
· Various other duties assigned by the Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations.
Knowledge and/or skills required for performance of essential functions of the job:
· Bachelor's degree business administration, or any related field.
· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form.
· Ability to set priorities and exercise sound independent judgment within areas of responsibility.
· Ability to operate standard office equipment, including personal computer/Outlook suite.
· Elevated level of confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and diligence.
